I see everything for protecting tenants when a landlord is selling a building but I want out of my lease because of it....anyone know if its possible? Here in a min a building inspector is about to come knocking and i wasn't notified I'm not going to refuse him entrance cause im not the kind to cause waves but I do want to move into a bigger place anyway. My lease is up in july anyway.

Selling the building does not terminate lease.
