I recently plead guilty to the refusal DUI in Georgia. Which I have been told carries a automatic year suspension. I called the DMV in GA and my licens is showing to be valid. I called the DMV in KY and they said sometimes they don't get the suspension info for a year.
I have a valid license that from ky that georgia doesn't know about. a few questions.
1) If I drive in georgia now will it show in the police computer that I can't drive here even if I have a valid KY license.
2) Will the suspension in KY follow the kentucky first offense laws.
3) If the suspension is shorter in KY can I get it renewed and drive in every other state but georgia for that year or is it just renewed in general even in georgia.
4) Does the day of court start my year suspension in georgia and if so when the Kentucky suspension istarts can I just provide proof that it has been suspended already from that court date and use that as my suspension time.
