My sister is the executor of my mothers estate. She recently emailed me to tell she had removed several items from Mothers house and listed what she referred to as a fair price. The remainder was to be disposed of at an estate auction. I agreed to some of the items and prices but disagreed on others and asked that they be returned for auction. She told me that she would keep a list of the items and would subtract half from her share of the estate at settlement. I again disagreed and told her she must deposit the full amount into the account. Can she simple keep a list?
