i have a not for profit religious corporation people who were not members took me to court i have the documents from the sec of state listing me as an officer of the corp they produced fradulent documents on the stand i produced the originals the judge stated they lied so what. these were there documents stating they were members of the corporation the judge who replaced the original judge two weeks before trial refused to further let me impeach these people he also stated "his extensive religious back round will one way or another effect his decision can anyone help me find a case law in ca on the seperation of church and state that would pertain to this .i am also looking to retain an attorney who has experience in this area of fraud if you would like to hear more i can email you the full details this case
