Hoping someone can advise me on my situation:



My job had been garnishing my check from 2006 until 2010 to pay a state lein for an employee who no longer works here. I called the state and they said that the debt was paid in 2007 and it was my jobs fault that they still continued to take out the money. The state said that my job would have to pay me back and go after the employee who owed the debt. The controller on my job said that it would be a couple of weeks and that I would get my money back, that was the beginning of February. Now they are giving me the run around like this is my fault and they dont know how long before I get my money back. We are talking thousands of dollars over a period of time due to them taking ten percent every two weeks. Please hopefully someone can advise me of what to do I need my money back.
