I had a quick question. I use to work for UPS. I followed proper protocol and gave the company two-week notice. I received a letter in the mail today stating that I was discharged from the job due to job abandonment. I have tried to call them numerous times to discuss this issue with HR. I cant get a hold of anybody. I'm worried about smearing my good name. Is there any legal action I can take to report the company to clear my name and record? Thanks
