My fiancee is in the Israeli army and I would really love to get married in the states. There is only one small problem while he was here during his college career he overstayed his visa. Now he is not able to re-enter. I was wondering if I could petition for a Fiancee visa or would I have to marry him abroad and then try and get him here? Any suggestions?
