I have lived in my appartment for just over 2 years now. Last month the Realty Co. that managed my appartment closed, and a new Realty Co. took over. I have had a dog the whole time I have lived here, and am now being told I have to pay a 500.00 pet deposit. The pet policy agreement also says that all pets have to be spayed or neutered, and have full insurance coverage to cover any injury caused by my dog. What I would like to know is can they make me pay a deposit now, and also make me neuter my dog or move out.
