During my training period I was eperience with my supervisor discrimination, treat differently, pointed finger toward me, being refused request 15 minutes break time after three and half hours working period. After a while my feeling getting worst and feel desperet and assumed I would never have chance to be seen my performence at work would meet the standart requirentment.
I try to bring some attention to the store manager and some other team leader but the final solving problem I was asking to voluntary terminate my work and to be told becouse of my working performence were bad.

I was feeling happy starting to work, and several friends notice that I was able and doing well and reach some achivement with my work within the short period.
But being supervised by several suprvisor each different day most likely each supervise giving different way.
I was being trained not profesional, finger point directed toward me to come closer. The other was telling me do that and dont do this and that but this!
Feeling awfull and humiliate. Working in a team work at sale floor I believe we are all responsible and help finished the work and ready to help the other but my 22 year age a young supervisor supervise me and told me otherwise.
