My boyfriend recently threatened a police officer with a kitchen knife and I was just wandering if anyone could tell me what the penalty usually is for this type of crime. We have an 9 year old daughter and I want to know if they will take that in to consideration, anything to help me would be good. I can't find any web sites that has any info about this.
