I have a writ of mandamus in the Appeals Court right now

The Judge in my divorce unlawfully took my youngest 2 children and gave them to the Cabinet for Health and Families and they are now in Fostercare.

There was no warrant, no afidavit and this was done August 15th,2011 without any regard to Statutes or the Constitution.
The Judge threatens me with violence and the Draconian Remedy and out right follows through with that threat at the next hearing.
This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
