We have the most unprofessional juvenile court here. Apx. one yr ago I was incarcerated on a contempt charge for failing to appear. However the paperwork did not state that I was ordered to appear. The legal paper stated that " the persons above are ordered to appear." I was not one of those three listed. I am middle aged. This was my first visit to the local jail. I also had preexisting depression/anxiety disorders. I wish to pursue this matter as this was just the beginning of their nonsense. Am I in the right category or perhaps belong in civil rights? Is there any hope that I might find an attorney interested in this?
