I wondered if you could give me advice on a speeding ticket 73 in a 55... Missed the limit change a mile back

I don't think Iowa allows traffic school, not sure about deferment.
When and how does plea bargain occur?


But more pressing the initial appearance date on the ticket is for Veterans Day, a court holiday, and they will be closed???

I would suggest that you call the court on Monday and see what they say. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available.
