Hi, I am looking for someone that has some experience with Prepaid Legal services. Wondering if this company handles guardianship cases?

My situation, I have a 23 y/o special needs adult daughter who has been living in a group home for a few years now. She was placed there for having aggressive/violent tendencies and schizophrenia.

My husband and myself have suspected there has been ongoing abuse in the home on more than a few occasions. It only seems to be getting worse each week. Since my daughter is a special needs adult, we cannot prove or disprove anything. We can only take at face value what the staff tell us, and that frightens us.

All we want is to gain guardianship for safety and medical reasons. Tried saving money for an attorney but since I have been so sick and one source of money coming in we can't afford it. We live solely on my husband's income and struggle to make ends meet. So I figured the next best thing is maybe Prepaid Legal Services...????
I welcome any helpful advice.
