i have received a ticket for incorrect address on my drivers liccense today... section 322.19(2) .... if i have the license corrected within 10 days and show to clerk of court.... is there any way they will reduce the fine of $83

Typically a clerk cannot dismiss a ticket. You would need to go to court for that to happen. You can take your information to the clerk and see about getting in front of a judge.
