Been dating my husband for three years and finally got married in May, he entered the U.S. illegally, after married I was told to file a I-130 and pay the $355.00 which I did. So if he was here illegally will this form ever be approved, I have proved that I can support him and myself, and I have him paying taxes with his ITIN# for two years now, and Taxes are taken from his check every week.
