Can't find an attorney to take a case against montana state.According to state law i beleive i am entitled to damages for every day i am illegally confined.I have done alot of research to prove my case but am hitting a brick wall dealing with a system that is bigger than myself!Can any one refer me to someone who specializes in alternative mandamas/habeas corpus releif?I have amassed an immense amount of case law and evedince against the state, but am getting in over my head dealing with the court system!I fully beleive this is because my case will set a new precedent.Charging defendants with a felony/While knowing the crime is only a misdemeanor!!!:mad i's there any one out there willing to hear my case????
