I just have a general question about something. I live in a mobile home park in Mt Pleasant, MI. In the winter they scrape the roads in the park down to bare ice and do not put anything on the ice. The parks office manager was asked about the roads being salted and her answer was that they had no one to do it. Since we pay lot rent, is it not the parks responsibility to make sure that the roads are safe year round?
