I myself have been going thru the same thing with HomEq and their Scam for the last 2 yrs. I Paid them a Limp sum of money but it was never posted, then I paid them twice to do a loan Mod. $1,500.00 something which never happened then they sold out to Statebridge! And never gave them all the documents to my loan well imagine that? Then of course I was told to file a chapter 13 to save my home from going into Foreclousure which cost me also and got me no where except bide me time to see what I can do about these Mortgage companies that are doing this I see to alot of people! Well then my payment went up to $768.94 which makes no sense to me cause they are not even paying my insurance or taxes which was supposed to be included in my payment! Anyways then after all this rigamarole ,Statebridge being they did not recieve any documentation from HomEq only what HomEq wanted to give them so that Statebridge would buy them out ! Anyways so I'm sending Statebridge this $768.94 a month not getting no Documentation from them either I'm wondering where the hell my money going and so I called them and their excuse was because I was in Bankrutcy that they could not speak to me about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I quit paying in Dec. And right away they tried to put me in Sheriff sale right away! Well Sutton Funding LLC did soooooooo my question is who thew hell has my original note and as many times as it has been shuffled around I know fore a fact no one knows! Because I have contacted Statebridge as to this question and they told me they have their Expert Foreclousure people on it whatever!!!!!!! What that shows me is Statebridge went into this blindsided by HomEq's Screw ups! Now they don't know what to do and no they are not getting my Home, Sutton Funding LLC also took my other Home before I even knew what was going on! This electronic signature of papers and such is illegal! I just need to know who wants to get a Class action suit with me against HomEq, Statebridge , Eqifirst, Well Fargo? We need to stop these money grubbing people and by the way HomEq I should have known was up to something because when I called them days on end no one had an Ext: number so I didn't have to keep repeating myself which I just about threw in the towel until I seen an EX employee From HomEq comment on the internet that was very rude and it was that person that made me mad!
