Default Home Eq and Deutsche Bank

I refinanced my mortgage in 2006. The company the broker used was WMC Mortgage. They were a subprime lende rof which I was not told. They brought in Home Eq. The loan was susequently sold to Deutshe Bank. The kept Home Eq. four years ago, it was still owned by Wachovia. Subsquently, they sold it to Barclays. I hired an attorney earlier this year for loan mitigation. Ever since then, it has been a nightmare. Home Eq is a dwebt collector and they wield power of fear, intimidation, lies. Anything to get results. I was told to stop paying my mortgage. After a few months my attorney started negotiations with Home Eq. I had to submit paper work at least 4 times. All the same. While the negotiations were going on, Deutsche Bank foreclosed. I responded. An agreement was made with the attorneys and Home Eq. I would pay exorbitant fees for three months and then the terms would change, hopefully, After two months, home Eq broke the agreement stating that my wife's income was higher than reported. This was a lie. They then called me and started to yell tellin g me that I was back in foreclosure, another lie. Home Eq is not a bank. The banks use them to do their dirty work. I would like to start a class action suit. I am in Florida. I would like to see a federal suit. I can be contacted at dperton@gmail.com.

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
