Default Hi What happens when someone files false police report

What happens when someone files false police report and causes you to end up in the hospital when you should not have been there and the police do not even tell you that they have been called on you. I filed a police brutality report today because the divorce lawyer was asking for doctors records. i just received them and saw what my dh was telling the police to have me tken away. he told them i broke a window that my son broke and they never spoke to me.They hung out with him in the garage and kept me away from him. I had no idea what was going on!the police officer banged my head into the wall four times and had the cuffs on so tight that i had black and blues all up my arms.My pants were down to my knees when they tried to get me on the gurney! They told me they would investigate but i do not believe them as my husband is a retired NYPD and I am not sure it will go to internal affairsas they claim! to investigate my allegations of abuse. What can i do to get my husband in trouble and make sure they get him for filing this false report as both of my son's will testify that i did not do this. The police have a boys club!

I responded to your other post.
