I've got this friend who her boyfriend assulted her. She filed a protection order and then pressed charges. The charges were issued as 2 degree assult. All she wants to see happen is him get some help. She was told that after his release in May 2008 he was to get couseling for his angry and it wasn't done. He's got 9 felonies and was getting ready to get off parole and probation in June 2010. What can she do to stop him from going back to prision to serve the addtional time he had left?

I am not sure what you are asking. She can't do anything to keep him from going back if he doesn't follow the conditions of his probation/parole.
