I booked a cruise on line with a travel agency and was issued a contract that I had to approve and submit back. In this contract I was issued an upgrade in my cabin category. I have since talked to them many times. signed 4 contacts and on all of them they still had me booked in upgrade. I have now paid in full the required amount according to my contract. When I got my tickets in the mail they were for the lower cabin. When I called this agency to ask why they said there was a typo by the agent and it shouldn't have been upgraded. I have verified contracts that they would highly penalize me for if I broke what are my rights for them not honoring the upgraded contract?

Wow - the agency is telling you they made 4 different typos about the same issue? Sounds a bit fishy, eh?
