I'm VP of Product development for a multi-million dollar development company with its headquarters in Sarasota, FL. We are primarily involved in building Hotels and Luxury Condo and Residences and have almost $300M in projects underway or development.

We are presently trying to set up a Real Estate Investment Partnership, so that we can avoid Banks as much as possible, but seemed to have run into some dead ends with local Legal Councilors’.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction to a law firm or CPA that has experience in setting up a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) or a REIP (Real Estate Investment Partnership)
