The Indiana court & prosecuter have been very arrogant towards me, I have asked many questions about it but I continualy just get treated like a dead beat dad. My attorney was very lazy about it, I would get occasional one sentence emails form him but could never talk with him by phone the 3 hour time difference did not help nor his 2 hour lunch on the days he decided to work afternoons, had I known he was not handling my case appropriately I would have handled it by tele-conference myself.
I have determined that somehow the court never got my 1099 or tax returns from 2009 or 2010, not sure why the attorney never turned them in, but best I could determine was the child support worksheet income shows my income as the exact figure my ex went in and reported on the modification request.my actual real income was 1/3 of what was reported, the court has made judgement I should pay $319.00 a week......
I am in arrears now some $23,000.00.........my biggest worry is how to get it retroactively reduced.....

Have you consulted another Attorney? That would be my act. many Attorneys offer free intial consultations so this would likely be at no cost to you and you could get some answers. Have you paid your current Attorney? If you have not paid or are behind in his payment might be reason he is not returning calls
