Hello anyone who can help me !!! I need to know when to file a motion to dismiss with prejudice in this case, the orginal complaint DID NOT have a copy of the signed agreement with it and nothing else attached to it either. There is a pretrail hearing date in a month August 31st and I need to know if I can just file this motion now or do I have to wait until after the pretrail? And could I just file a discovery on the Lawfirm?

I also had offered the company several times payments but they refused and said they needed more $ I could not afford what they had asked and the company even refused a one time cash offer settlement. Can't get blood out of a turnip!!!

Every local court has different rules. Have you looked through the rule of court where the suit is being heard.
