My mother is in the last stages of dementia and living in her own home. She is unable to cook for herself, bath herself or much of anything else. My older sister and her youngerst child of 14 live in my mom's home and are mentall, and physicall abusing her.

My younger sister and I have been in contact with Aps for about 7 months now and they wont/ant do anything to help get my mom out of that home or have my sister thrown out or anything.

I cant go for power of attorney because my mom isnt in her sound mind. I cant afford a lawyer due to being on disability and a fixed income. Legal Aid will not help me.

I dont know where to turn from here. Road blocks are everywhere.
