Can anyone tell me if New Mexico has a Rite of Possession Law? I sold a horse to an Indian family in Gallup and they stopped payment on the check. I took Larry and Christina Joe to court and won a judgement against them. It is now 6 months later and after many attempts I am now looking for an alternate way to retrieve my money or my horse.
