Default i have questions regarding a deferred judgement

i was arrested last year for possesion of controlled substance (marijuana)
and driving while suspended. i recieved a deferred judgement on the charges and was put on self supervised probation about 2 weeks ago. today i had a appointment and missed the stupid bus so i took my car (stupid idea) which has no registration and no insurance and my license is under suspention. Of freakin course, i got pulled over and got charged with DWS, no reg, and no insurance.
am i basically screwed or what? did i violate my probation with the traffic violations? will my deferred judgment be revoked or should i just move to a new state or country? i dont want to have to go to jail for 30 days or whatever it is. and i will probably owe the state a **** ton of money. F THAT!!!!!! i guess i might serve the time if i have to, i dont know. deferred judgments are expensive, but jail and my apartment rent going to **** is maybe more expensive. anyways, any help/advice would be most appreciated.
thanks

Yes, it can be considered a violation of your probation. Running will not solve anything. I would suggest that you speak with an attorney immediately to discuss your legal options. You can locate one through the attorney locator on Lawinfo's home page at http://www.lawinfo.com/. Some do offer free consultations.

when should i contact my probation officer? after i speak with an attorney?
i figured that since it is the weekend i could do some looking around and see what everyone thinks and maybe see what my options are. if i call my probation office will they just come straight to my place and arrest me or what? is a probation violation something where they would do something like that or does it depend on the original charges and the new charges?
thanks

You may want to consult with an attorney first, but some probation requires that you notify your officer of any new arrests.

are traffic violations considered new arrests? like driving under suspension. or does that depend on the type of probation?

Some traffic violations are new arrests for probation violations. A parking ticket most likely wouldn't be considered a new arrest, but driving on a suspended license would be.
