I have been trying to figure out this issue for a few days and have not really come up with a definitive answer. It's bothering me especially with the swine flu issue abroad. In the event that people suffer from swine flu vaccines, should/would strict liability or negligence be applied to the manufacturers? I have reasons why it could be applied and why it couldn't. And furthermore, if a legal dispute were to occur, would this issue be resolved by arbitration or by the federal/state court systems?! I'm at a loss!
