My 25 year daughter moved back in with me with her children. This is after living with a guy for two years and finding another boyfriend. This is January 2 2006. I had to sign a paper at school stating she is living with me. Now tax season arrives and is receiving money. Now she wants to move out. Leaving the kids in same school using my address. I told her that was not right. We got in a big fight on the way home. She ended up leaving the car in my garge stating I would never have to see her again. She talked to a person on phone stating that she had to get out of there she fealt that she was going to hit me. When she leftI asked for my house key. She stated as long as her things were at my house she would not give up key. Her furniture and boxes are in my gararge. Can I legally remove them and put them in a storage bin. She is not paying rent for anything.
