Unhappy grandson needs to quit school

I am raising 2 of my grandsons. One of them is 15 and will not be 16 til March. He really wants to quit school but the board of education will not allow it. I personally would like him to stay in school but he keeps getting into trouble. I have to make him go to school. He is not learning anything and is distracting other students. Is there any way for him to quit before he turns 15? He is now kicked off the bus until after christmas. I have to get other people to take him back and forth because my husband and I can not afford to take him because we live on a fixed income. Please help me figure all this out.

You may have better luck if you post this under family law. I agree that your grandson needs to stay in school. You could speak to a lawyer to see if there are any other options for him, such as a camp for troubled kids. You can locate an attorney through the attorney locator on Lawinfo's home page at http://www.lawinfo.com/.
