Default grandmother's will

My Grandmother's Will States That Her Entire Estate ,including Her Home, Will Go To Her Children Including My Deceased Mother. My Question Is As Follows: Does My Deceased Mother's Portion Of My Grandmother's Estate Go To My Siblings And I Or, Did Any Claim To The Estate Die With Her(my Mother)?

It depends on the actual wording of the will. A will does not come into play until your grandmother dies. You certainly can speak with an attorney, but if she is still alive she can always change her will.

Default per stirpes distribution?

If your Grandmother's Will provides the property be distributed to her children "per stirpes" then the deceased beneficiary's share will be distributed to his or her children, grandchildren and so on. If the Will says the distribution goes to Grandma's children "per capita" then a deceased beneficiary's share will be distributed to the surviving siblings and not to the children of the deceased.
