Hello, I apologize if I posted this inquiry under the wrong category.

I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction. I am trying to find out if there is any government programs such as Medicare/Medicaid that my brother can apply for. My brother is turning 36 years old and living with my mother in New Jersey. He hasn't had a job for the last year and when he does have a job it does not last to long. My mother is taking care of all of his expenses including medical. This is starting to become a burden on my mom as she is getting ready to retire. My brother does not have any disabilities.

I am thinking that in my brother's particular situation that there aren't any programs out there for him but if there are could you please point me in the right direction.
