I have developed a Logic Proof for the Existence of the Actual God's which may have an effect on First Amendment Law:
The Proof:

1. Assume that by definition, that if God Exists, God is Good.
2. Assume that by definition, that The Good is Positive.
3. Assume that by definition, that The Good contains that which is Good.
4. Assume that by definition, that an Important aspect of The Good is Existence.
5. Since God is Good, and since Existence is an important aspect of The Good, God Exists.

This Logical Proof for the Existence of the Actual God is analogous to that of Saint Anselm (1109 CE)

4 unproven assumptions prove nothing.
