Hi I was wondering if anyone out there could possibly send me the paperwork on Surrending Parental Rights for the state of GA. My ex refuses to let me see my daughter or have anything to do with her. I have paid my child support faithfully and be involved in her life to the best of my ability (I am in the military). This is the only thing that I can see to resolve a nasty situation--she calls me to argue (she is bi-polar and an alcoholic).
