I dated a girl for 4 years in that time frame we purchased a house together. My credit was not the best so the house was in her name. After two years of living together in the house we sold the home to buy a new one. Before we could purchase a new home our relationship ended. She is now claiming that all of the money we got for the sell of the home is her's. We both put mony down and I did a lot of upgrades around the house with my money and labor. What can I do to get my fair share?
