getting out of a club volleyball contract
I am wanting to end my daughter's involvement with her club volleyball due to lack of funds. The only contract that I signed reads:
PARENTS:
• Support your daughter’s commitments as stated above.
• Work together with the coach to understand the program.
• Help your daughter understand her commitment to the team.
• Show support by attending matches often.
• Provide transportation to practices and tournaments.
• Help with overnight chaperone duties.
• Show respect to team members, opponents, coaches, and officials.
• Follow USVA & SCVA guidelines.
• If a problem arises and your daughter needs assistance in solving it, do not approach the coach at a tournament or practice. Call or
email the coach to set up an appointment with coach and club director to rationally discuss the problem.
• Honor your financial commitment to SBVC. A $20 late fee will be charged for payments more than 5 days late. Players will be
suspended from practice and tournaments if payments are more than two months overdue.

My question is, can we legally end this? the only thing I see is Honor your financial commitment to SBVC. Can you elaborate on the meaning of this?
Thank you,
Melanie
