It is a shame but in the state of Georgia there is almost no such thing as Tenants Rights. If a landlord wants to miss use a tenant there is really nothing to be done. I need to save some money if I am asked to move but if I'm late with my rent I only have 2 weeks and then I must put money in a type of trust that goes to the landlord when the case is done. So even if I win the case I still lose.

Is there any way I don't have to pay the rent for the sixty days of the notice time that the landlord has give a tenantatwill.
