My wife and daughters applyed for apartments at Carabette in Waterbury ct. At the first interview we were told we get a free rent after 12 month. We though nothing of it until now that we desided to stay. We called because no one ever contacted us regarding the free rent. We call them and are be told that we need a voucher which should of been issued at the signing. We feel cheated and would pay an attorney to recover 1 month rent what do you think????
