Default foster care regulations and rules dealing with parents

I need some info ASAP. I have a family member who just hhad there child put in foster care temporarely until hearing. He got custody of the child because the mother has abused her now the child wants to go back to Mom accused of abuse that is why the child is in foster care. The question: It was found out this morning that the mother spent the night at the foster home. All her parental rights were taken away at abuse trial. the Father has sole custody. Isn't this illegal for the foster parents to allow the mother to stay there over night?? Please help as soon as possible. Lela nonnie112979@aol.com

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
