Default Forged Will

How can I get a legal document ( my Grandmothers Will) tested for forgery. It states that only surviving children are beneficiaries of estate. My Mother passed two months before my Grandmother. Also the so called will was found weeks after Grandmothers passing. There was a will signed by Grandmother with an Attorney 7 years ago. This *found will* is with out attorney and the change in it is as stated above the Surviving children split up the estate. A hypothetical question . If my Mother and Grandmother were alive and got in an accident...my Mother dies one minute before my Grandmother... My mother would have lost her inheritance?

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
