-Can I be issued a Doing Business As (DBA) in Michigan if I am not a US citizen nor resident?
-Can a friend walk into a county office and file it for me, if they are a citizen?
-What additional documentation, if any, is required in my case?
-If I am from a Middle Eastern country (albeit not an embargoed one), will this delay my application?
-Does this vary from state to state / county to county?
-Is there anyone reading this who'll be passing by their county office in the next couple of days, and won't mind filing it for me then emailing me a scanned copy (or fast mailing) of the certificate of fictitious name, for which I'll pay the $10 clerk fee+$20 (2 movie tickets + Cokes) for your effort?
