Default forced to transfer because of complaint

ok so long story - i work at a resturaunt with my girlfriend and my mom and my dad as a second job. about 6 months ago my gf started getting sexually harrased by one of the managers (chris). she had 6 shifts so she didnt want to report it in fear of losing shifts but she documented everything. when she couldnt take it anymore she started to tell him to stop and talked to the GM about it.nothing happened except her hours went from 28 a week to 6 mybe. so she launched a complaint to corparate. nothing changed except the managers became extremly rude with her. she recieved harrasing text messages telling her to quit and so on... up until recently i was flying under the radar. i had good shifts and didnt want to loose any money. up until now everything was ok for me until they hired the kitchen manager. he is now the third manager. another important detail is he is from mexico, the same as the other two managers. im not a racist so well clear that up right now. anyways there is a position above host (my gfs position) and busser(mine) called expo. they take the food out to the table. my gf has wanted it for a while and told the managers all the time and worked hard. well they asked me out of no where. i thought they did it in spite of her or to try and cause turmoil in our relationship but it didnt. i recieved training and 3 shifts. i worked expo for 2 weeks and asked the kitchen manager "will i continue to get 3 shifts a week expo because i cant keep having my busser shifts covered?" he told me yes and that i could get off the busser schedule and move forward , so i did. mind you while this was going on there was a hispanic boy hired and climbing up the shift latter and had all the best shifts within 2 weeks of employemnt. so after 2 weeks i was taken off the expo schedule because "there were no shifts to give me at the time" so i tryed to scramble some shifts as a busser. this was a huge hit to my income. and a huge stress. so this last week got wind that one of the expos was quitting and for the record every expo and cook and all but 2 bussers including me are spanish speaking. i went to the kitchen manager about the employee quitting and he told me yes its true, i said ok then i should be back on the schedule im trained i was on it.. he then began to complain about my performance. the first ive herd of anything about my performance. he then told me that at the last resturaunt he had a "little mexican girl who did expo and did a exellent job" so "im gona hire a little mexican girl here, because of the job the one at my other resturaunt did" this infuriated me. i began to feel pushed out and descriminated. i contacted the regonal manager and launched a complaint. meanwhile my gf unloaded her book of harrasment to HR because she was about to get passed up for promotion by an outsider for the 5th time. the very next day the regonal manager informed me that i was being transfered to another red robin in the next city and that i have no choice. he also transfered my dad. i feel like they think hes the ring leader because he has tryed to talk to the management about the mistreatment of the youth since most of the kids working there are working there for the fist time.. i am going to be transfered and after talking to HR i was told it was to "better support the companys needs" i know for a fact they dont need any people over at the new resturaunt and i am afraid of being on the bottom of the totem pole again and taking yet another stressful hit to my paychecks. by the way nothing has happend about the complaints of sexual harasment ant it still continues. not just with my gf but many other women. but the managers and even the regonal manager seem to use intimidation to subdue any companints or possibility of complaints.. what are our options here? thank you

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
