I currently have a c-store with a gas station. Also, i am building a new c-store with a gas station. The running store is going in a loss from last year. I have used approximately $200,000 from the construction of the new store to make mortgage payments for the running store. Can i be excused from any law suits if i file a chapter 7 bankruptcy, and give up on both businesses?
