Felon In Possession Of Firearm

QUESTION, WHAT ARE WE TO EXPECT? HE IS CURRENTLY ON 2 YEAR PROBATION, HAS BEEN VIOLATED ONCE DID 1 WEEK WAS ABOUT TO BE VIOLATED AGAIN STILL WAITING FOR COURT DATE. THEN GOT CAUGHT FOR FELON IN POSSESSION WITH FIREARM, CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON, IMPROPER TURN AND REFUSING TO FOLLOW A DIRECT ORDER FROM AN OFFICER. hE WAS ORIGINALLY ON PROBATION FOR IN POSSESSION OF MARIJUANNA WITH INTENT TO DELIVER AND POSSESSION OF A STOLEN FIREARM.

You may want to post this under criminal law. He is in violation, but he could also have new charges which possibly carry prison terms. I would suggest that he speak with an attorney immediately. If I attempt to check a members previous posts via the drop-down in a thread, I receive the flood control message. I receive that message regardless of how long I wait--i.e., waiting five or more seconds doesnt help.

Any ideas on whats occurring?

I just did it on the original poster as well as myself and got the results. I am not sure why it isn't working for you unless it is a permission issue. I don't handle the back end of the chats. What are you looking for?

He really needs to have an attorney on this. Not sure what state you are in, but in Florida the Felon Poss Firearm charge is taken seriously and along with a second (third) violation of probation would easily lead to prison. The amount depends upon sentencing laws in your state.
