I hold title to a manf home at Lake of Ozarks. Sets on leased property in nice mobile home community. I am privately financing sale of home to 2nd party. ## Introduced mobile park owner to friend who purchased another unit housed in same mobile park. Friend moving unit from leased prop to private prop. Owner of mobile park helped move friend's unit. I subsequently receive inv from mobile park for moving friend's unit. Friend disputing $ charged. No $ amount was discussed in advance. Park owner demanding pymt or MY unit to be moved out. He says since there is no lease contract - only month-to-month rental - he can demand units to be moved at his discretion. What do I do?
