I would like to get my 01 FFL to become a dealer of firearms. I'd like to start a one man buisness from my apartment in order to sell firearms on the internet. I live in Louisville, KY.

I talked to my apartment manager who in turn spoke with her attorney. She said that he informed her I may conduct that sort of buisness from my apartment. The problem I am having is that I am not sure if I can do this from my apartment. Any ideas as to how I might find out?
