I have been divorced 7 years now and my ex wife just isn't letting me see my daughter on any other times other than the written divorce degree she is even now making her own rules on holidays and all I don't know if she is just forgetting or just trying to keep my daughter away from me. My daughter is 12 what is the age that she can make her own decison on where she wants to live she has expressed that she wants to live with me and my new wife that she has know since she was 6. I don't know what to do I don't have the funds to go back to court do to I am on a single income in my household right now. Isnt there anything I can do the wont take me to the cleaners financially. The papers were written from a different county
