Default falsely assumed suspicion by an EMS worker

i called an ambulence to take my elderly mother to the hospital. i hurt myself, tryng to get ready quickly, stubbed my toe, and screamed[sounds stupid,i know, but it's true.] when the EMS came, one of the guys, the alpha dog, let's call him;mentioned hearing some "fighting" . i told him, there was no fighting,it must have been me yelling, from the pain of stubbing my toe. which of course, was the truth. i also, keep my tv antenae on the floor,as a practice. it's a digital signal that has to be moved for each station,so i keep it on the floor. i had swept it to the side, so the EMS people could maneuver easily, when they arrived.
it seems, that this fellow, put two and two together, in his imagination, and assumed, that i was acting, aggresive, or perhaps violent.
my concern is the following: what do you suggest i do, in terms of reporting this incident. i'm concerned about the possibility, of being seen as someone under suspicion if i do report this. i'm also uneasy, about not saying anything, and perhaps having this come back to bite me, in event of some other thing coming up in my life,be it a false accusation,or something that does actually happen. how do i know the police don't have a report from this EMS guy? there was, btw, a police officer with the EMS,who was not present, when i had the conversation with the EMS man. do i take a preemptive protective maneouver, and what would that be? how would i approach a lawyer re this sort of matter? i'd be so appreciative, of any and all thoughtful responses.. thank you

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
